The Institute employs 31 people in the countries where it has offices. The Institute was founded by:
❖ Adnane El Hassnaoui (journalist)
❖ Mohamed Ben Saka (Expert at the German Technical Cooperation Agency)
❖ Boutheina Mbarek (Researcher in constitutional law)
❖ Afef Chaabane (Magistrate)
❖ Saly Chaabane (Graduate student in English).
The Institute is currently led by an executive board elected on December 17, 2023, chaired by Adnane El Hassnaoui. It also includes a scientific council comprising 19 experts and university researchers, as well as an economic and social council consisting of 7 experts and professors of economics.
